Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and "Add to Basket". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most major credit card and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Meastro (Switch) Solo, Visa Debit. Payments are automatically debitted from your card on completion of order. Backordered items are charged in advance, however if there is a substantial delay (longer then 7 days) we will contact you and ask if you would like a full refund. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, Post.
In addition to providing Secure 128 bit Encrypted transactions for the major credit / debit cards we also accept payment via PayPal and Nochex, Cheques or Postal Orders
Select the relevant option on the checkout screen and the transaction will complete automatically by transferring you to the selected payment option / provider for order completion.

Shipping And Handling
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Standard shipping and handling is provided to UK destinations via the Royal Mail or our appointed couriers please allow a minimum of 2-3 Days for delivery (5-7 Days for Economy Delivery). The Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class Post the next Day (excluding Sundays, Public Holidays and peak periods such as Christmas). Deliveries are calculated on a weight and order value basis, so actual shipping costs may vary for each order.
Special Delivery (next working day) is available from just £7.50p for stock items that are required urgently, next day delivery can only be fulfilled for orders placed before 3pm and is subject to stock availability. This service is only available for smaller items that are shipped from stock, please confirm by telephone before selecting this shipping option.
Non-EU delivery or delivery by courier is available at an extra cost (please phone to confirm price). The delivery of bulk orders within the U.K is provided by courier at cost (bulk orders that are too large or heavy for Royal Mail first class post), delivery times will be confirmed when the order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL PARCEL UNINSURED SERVICE
We do not accept liability for items lost using this service. The onus is on the customer (you) to claim compensation back from the delivery company. We will endeavour to assist your claim in any way possible, including providing proof of posting where required.
BANK HOLIDAY AND STAFF HOLIDAY SHIPPING SERVICE
During holiday periods including Christmas, New Year, Easter and Summer Holidays we may provide a FREE economy delivery service, items delivered during these periods will take between 7 to 10 days for receipt.
Delivery Schedule
UK Orders
We despatch all EXPRESS DELIVERY orders received before 3pm the same day You will normally receive your order within 2 business days .
ECONOMY DELIVERY orders are despatched within 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
All orders are subject to stock availability our stock availability is 95%+.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, the estimated times can vary at busier times of the year such as the build up to Christmas etc.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We highly recommend the replacement of OEM drum units with third party (compatible) drum units when using aftermarket (compatible) toner products, this will ensure optimal performance, compatibility and longevity of both drums and toner cartridges.
Our Right of Cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.

Returns Policy
OUR GUARANTEE - RETURNS
We offer a NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, in addition to your statutory rights as follows. "In the unlikey event that one of our products proves faulty we will replace it 1 for 1 on return or refund 100% of the price you paid us (within 30 days of purchase) No Quibble!"
This Guarantee is in Addition to and does NOT EFFECT your Statutory Rights.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so at any time from the date of placing your order, until 7 days after receipt of your order (the 7 days starts the day after you receive the goods).
Your money will be refunded in full, within 30 days of cancellation of order. All order cancellations must be notified to us by EMAIL or POST within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods returned in a condition fit for resale within 10 days of you notifying us of your intention to cancel your order.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods / Goods returned outside of the 30-day guarantee period.
Goods that are returned in a condition fit for resale after the guarantee period as outlined above, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking / administration fee where applicable.
Faulty Goods
We offer a No Quibble guarantee and wil replace or issue a full refund for any faulty item within 30 days of purchase.
